Licensing Agreement for Adobe CLP with level 3 discounts.
Description
Maintenance protection purchased under our CLP agreement is tied to the dates and length of the contract with Adobe. The CSU agreement requires the election of the upfront maintenance option. Maintenance purchased under the contract will expire when the contract expires. Maintenance protection does not automatically renew. To continue a maintenance protection plan, the customer would need to repurchase under the new agreement with the CSU. This agreement has no provision for Work at Home (WAH) rights. Adobe products may be purchased in single license quantity.

Order Instructions
Stand-alone (maintenance not being ordered with a license) or renewal maintenance may only be purchased during the first 6 months of a new agreement, providing the customer owns the current version and as long as a new version has not been announced. After the first 6 months, the customer is no longer eligible to purchase stand alone maintenance under the CLP Program and may only purchase maintenance that is accompanying new license orders. If a customer's maintenance has lapsed during this window period and a new version is released, the customer is no longer eligible to purchase stand-alone maintenance. Alternative: If a customer wants to purchase the maintenance protection plan and it is past the 6 month window period in the CLP contract, they may purchase stand alone maintenance under the Transactional Licensing Program (TLP), provided they own the current version and a new version has not been announced, and they can meet a minimum order quantity requirement.
