Scope of Work: Rider D specifies the work scope that the consultant firm is eligible to perform.
Price: Rider C lists the ceiling labor rates applicable for the term of the MEA. Campuses may negotiate more favorable rates to better reflect campus specific requirements.
Invoice and Payment: Rider B, General Provisions, provides for standard payment terms. Campuses may negotiate different terms to better reflect campus specific requirements.

Order Instructions
Competition Requirements: This MEA is the result of a RFP that awarded to multiple firms. To satisfy the requirements of CSU Contracts & Procurement Policy 204A, campuses must solicit competitive bids from two or more firms that were awarded CMS Oracle/PeopleSoft Consultant MEAs. Such competition may be the result of an informal bid process. In the event that less than two offers are received, documentation of the solicitation method used must be included with the contract documentation.
Campuses may use their own contractual instrument to place orders against this MEA or may use this Campus Agreement Form.
