Scope

Learning Management Systems (LMS) covering systemwide use of Blackboard software products.

Description

Contracts for campus Learning Management Software Systems and hosting services provided by Blackboard to individual campuses have been consolidated into one centrally administered agreement. This consolidated agreement has specific discounts and contracting efficiencies that result from a single centrally administered agreement. This agreement is for one year 06/27/2009 through 06/30/2010.
