Scope

Hewlett Packard Computer Equipment, Software, Peripherals, and Related Services

Description

The State of California, Department of General Services in conjunction with the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) recently issued a Master Pricing Agreement with Hewlett Packard for computer equipment, software, peripherals, and related services. This action allows the CSU and auxiliaries to purchase these HP products without further competition.

Campuses choosing to order HP products under the WSCA agreement should reference the Master Pricing Agreement Number B27164 in their communication with HP.

Efforts should be made to place orders with certified small or DVBE businesses authorized dealers. See Exhibit 3 for list.
